On-demand contracts
We offer maintenance contracts defined according to your needs to ensure the sustainability of your installations. Our maintenance contracts include maintenance, device updates, technological monitoring, replacement and loan of equipment in case of malfunctions, and labor.
Maintenance is both preventive—potential malfunctions are anticipated—and corrective, as it covers malfunctions beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of breakdown, our team is equipped to intervene remotely with a remote maintenance system or carry out an on-site intervention within the agreed-upon timeframe in the contract. All our maintenance contracts are managed by our in-house team of qualified technicians.
